The Small measures 27 inches from shoulder to hem and fits girls ages 1-3 years old. The Medium measures 32 inches from shoulder to hem and fits girls ages 3-5 years old. You can start them early with toddler sizes 1-3 all the way up to size 7-9. The sizing is done by clothing size so it's easy to find the right fit.
